rang at8'01 told first in queue , by 8'08 had a return call giving me an appointment at 10'50 well done, very impressed
First class surgery, all the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Just wanted to pass on my appreciation and thanks to the receptionist Julie, Due to issues not connected to the surgery I was without medication, but also without the ability to obtain a prescription. Julie went above and beyond in order to resolve the issue.
My experiences at this surgery have been positive through out.
Thank You
The appointment system at this surgery is broken. It is so frustrating not to be able to make a future appointment. Unless you have time to sit by the phone on redial at 8am there is no chance of getting any advice. No allowances made for busy professionals. This system may work for emergencies but any non urgent situations are impossible to get resolved.
I feel sorry for the receptionists having to triage the patients. This should not be part of their job description but booking future appointments should be.
My last experience with the surgery was the fact that I needed a home visit. I got through to the receptionist without much trouble and an appointment was made for a nurse practitioner to attend. It was not long before Marie attended and she was like a breath of fresh air. Her examination was thorough and first class. She suggested some medication which was sent to the pharmacy that day.
I had to have a visit from a doctor and Dr.Ruaux Attended and again the examination was first class and the prescribed medication arrived without delay.
We have been with the practice for 41 years and in that time we have found it nothing but outstanding and we wish them well in this very hard times that the NHS is going through.
